Do not burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time to preserve essential oils and prevent glass overheating.
Candle Safety Instructions
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish it when leaving the room or going to sleep.
- Keep away from children and pets. Store and burn candles on stable surfaces out of reach.
- Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Avoid placing directly on delicate wood, glass, or plastic.
- Keep away from drafts & flammables. Keep clear of curtains, paper, books, furniture, and ceiling fans.
- Trim the wick: Trim to approximately 5–7 mm before each use for a clean, stable flame.
- Keep wax pool clean: Keep the melted wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings, and debris.
- Do not move while burning: Never touch or move a candle while the wax is hot, liquid, or ignited.
- Allow to cool: Allow the candle jar to cool completely before touching, covering, or moving it.
- Discontinue near bottom: Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
Important Product Warning
Never burn a candle to the absolute bottom of the container. The glass container may become extremely hot and could crack or break due to excessive heat exposure when less than 1 cm of wax remains.
Weather & Storage
Candles are sensitive to temperature variations. During warmer months in transit across India, minor softening, sweating, or surface changes may occur. These cosmetic changes are completely normal for 100% natural soy wax and do not affect the quality or performance of your candle.
Storage Tip: Always store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat sources.
Burn Time & Performance
Burn time is approximate and may vary depending on room size, airflow, room conditions, and adherence to candle care practices. Our 200g hand-poured candles offer a burn time of up to 60 hours when used as recommended.
