Our candles offer a burn time of up to 60 hours when used and cared for as recommended.
Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, hand-pouring in small batches, and screen settings. These aesthetic differences do not affect the quality or burn of the product.
Tunneling usually occurs when the candle is extinguished before the wax melts evenly across the surface. For the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the glass jar.
Allow the candle to burn for 20–25 minutes. As the wax pool melts, the fragrance oils gradually warm up and fill the room for the best scent experience.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve wax clarity and essential oil throw.

Returns & Refund FAQs
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and share a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Our team will review the claim and assist you with a replacement or refund if eligible.
An unboxing video helps us verify transit-related damage with our logistics partners and ensures a fair and quick resolution for your replacement.
Unfortunately, used candles are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and health regulations.
Fragrance preferences are subjective and therefore do not qualify for returns or refunds.
